Participants will become familiar with the new Donor Risk Assessment Interview (DRAI) Tool. Being aware that not all entities will initially use the DRAI, a general overview will also be given on a standard, existing medical social history questionnaire. Participants will additionally be guided in a mock interview to demonstrate learned behavior to effectively lead a family through the process of a risk assessment interview.Participants will will gain general knowledge on the:

  • Regulatory expectations
  • SOP’s for the questionnaire
  • Rationale behind each question
